Q: How do your prices compare to other paint by number sellers?

Q: Do you offer custom paint by number kits?
A: Yes! We specialize in creating custom paint by number kits from your personal photos. This allows you to transform your cherished memories into unique works of art.
Q: What are your products in each order package?
A: CANVAS Paint by Number products consist of pre-printed canvas, acrylic paints, paint brushes, instruction, and frame (optional). To learn more about each individual product, check out the detailed specification on product page.
Q: How do I complete a paint by number?
A: 1. Prep: Set up your workspace, open your paint by numbers kit and make sure you have: the numbered canvas, numbered paint pots, brushes, a small cup of water, paper towels or a cloth.
2. Organize: Take a moment to look at the numbered sections on your canvas, locate the paint pots that correspond to the numbers on your canvas.
3. Paint: Start with large areas, one number at a time. Apply thin, even layers of paint. You can always add another layer later if needed.
4. Rinse: Rinse your brush in the cup of water every time you switch colors. Gently dry your brush on a paper towel or cloth before dipping it into the next paint pot.
5. Correcting Mistakes: If you accidentally go outside the lines, wait for the paint to dry completely, then use the correct color to paint over the mistake.
6. Dry: Let finished painting dry completely.
7. Display: Frame and enjoy!
Order
Q: Where’s my order?
A: Sign into your account to check on the status of your order. Your order number will be in the confirmation email we sent you.
Q: I want to use 2 discount codes or coupons, but it’s not letting me, why not?
A: Sorry but it’s only 1 promotional discount per order.
Q: How do I use my discount code or coupon?
A: Add the items that have a promotion running to your cart, and at checkout you will see a section to enter in your code. Happy shopping!
Q: How do I cancel my order?
A: Unfortunate we are unable to cancel orders once they are processed to the warehouse after 60 minutes order placing time. Because this happens within 60 minutes from your order being placed to ensure that we can fulfill your order as quickly as possible.
Q: I want to place an order, but there’s no shipping option.
A: Please email canvaspaintbynumber@gmail.com and we’ll take care of you.
Q: Why is there a sales tax charge?
A: This is governed by the state that you live in which is your responsibility to pay.
Q: I received a damaged item, what should I do?
A: We’re so sorry to hear that your item was not in perfect condition. Let’s get this fixed for you right away. Please reach out to us canvaspaintbynumber@gmail.com. We'll take care of you.
Shipping & Return
Q: When will my order ship?
A: We’re on it! After receiving your order, we will ship it within 1-2 business days. Exceptional for custom order that will need 2-3 business days to handle.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we do!
Q: Are custom & duties charges applied at checkout?
A: All customs, duties, & taxes are your responsibility which are governed by the state & country you live in. A bill including these fees may be sent to you. We do not cover these additional fees. Thanks for understanding!
Q: What’s your return policy?
A: We know you’re going to love all things CANVAS Paint by Number, but if you do need to return anything, you’re welcome to do within 30 days of receiving your items. Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded. Normally it takes about 3-5 business days for the money to be credited to your account upon receiving the returned items.
Q: I purchased it from a retailer, can I return through you directly?
A: We don’t accept returns that purchased from our retail partners. Please directly work with the retailer you purchased from for help, as their policies are different from ours. Thanks for understanding!
Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: We don’t offer exchanges, but we will gladly offer you a refund or store credit when the original item is returned.
